This hotel is conveniently located near the pier to take the ferry to Bohol and a short walk to the south bus terminal. The downtown area is also within easy reach. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious with cable TV, good air conditioning, and great running water in the bathroom. The bathroom also features a functional bidet and free toiletries.
There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to important landmarks and transportation hubs. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, catering to both Asian and Western tastes.
This made it uncomfortable for my toddler when bathing, as the water was too cold.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. The staff was quick to address the issue with the faulty shower in my room and provided a solution. I had a pleasant stay at Southpole Central.

This hotel's location is excellent! It's close to many shopping malls and even the bus station, which was convenient for our travels. We also appreciated the fact that there was a convenience store nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues with parking or transportation during our stay. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and received excellent assistance from the friendly and accommodating staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the tourist spots. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were also impressive, with a comfortable bed and all the toiletries provided. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options to start my day.
The hotel could improve on their room soundproofing.
